Perform general clerical duties to include but not limited to: type
setting, photocopying, scanning, record keeping & storing
Supervising and delegating duties to junior staff
Handling all emails, letters and parcels (including courier services)
Distribution and maintaining of relevant records.
Maintaining and replenishing office stationery.
Responsible for housekeeping which includes the supervision of
outsourced cleaning services, office upkeep as well as the
management of the office as whole.
Corresponding to mails, taking minutes in management meetings
and writing of reports.
Preparing invoices and quotations.
Follow up of progress on reported client issues and communicating
the same to clients.
Maintain records and give update of daily and monthly sales report.
Ensure neat and immaculate look of the interior and exterior of the premises
Management of petty cash disbursement and reconciliation, ensure that all
disbursed funds are accounted for with all supporting documents and
Ensure that petty cash requisition is done promptly.
Ensure that all orders are proposed and delivered promptly
Prepare and manage daily schedule for the driver and messenger ensuring
schedules are done in order of priority and convenience as well as considering
cost cutting measures to ensure assigned duties are done promptly and in the
most cost effective way
Any other duties assigned from time to time
